A Secure Wales endorsed Manned Guarding Company, is a company that you can have faith in to deliver the standards that you would expect from a service provider of this nature.

The management and officers will be licensed as per the Private Security Industry Act 2001 and be regulated by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) the company may also hold an SIA Approved Contractor Scheme accreditation. All staff will have been vetted to a minimum of BS: 7858 2006 standard.
The company will have insurance cover to the required standard of risk; and may also hold ISO: 9001 quality assurance.

The company will have yearly inspections by one of the regulatory bodies IPSA, BSIA, NSI, SSAIB to ensure ongoing compliance of industry standards.

Staff members and officers will wear the appropriate uniform of the company; at all times within their working role’s. Staff at all levels will receive training within the classroom and on-site training to ensure their competence to conduct the required roles; this training is an ongoing process. The company will carry out a site risk assessment before any staff member is allowed to work on site, and an ongoing process of Health & Safety evaluation will be carried out throughout the contract. The company and the service provider will both have regular reviews on the company performance throughout the term of the contract.
